A little freaked out

I haven't posted in a while because I've suddenly become a little freaked out by the prospect of just how public some of my info is. A friend of mine is hiring and is actually Googling the candidates to see what other info can complete the picture provided by their resumes. What will happen when I eventually return to work? Will my future employer then know about my insecurities about my body, my addiction to Coke, the way that telemarketers perturb me? Will that be brought up in the interview? It's made me a little squeamish about posting to this site. Also, we post some cute videos of our girls to our family blog and lately have been getting creepy comments on them on YouTube. We've obviously decided to password protect them for family only, but I'm still bothered by the fact that I'd even have to worry about this at their age. I expected the need to censor more as they got older, but at their ages? Yes, I guess I am pretty naive.
